Widowmakers charge up time should be lowered to. If a team is dying to dragon…. And not in a grav. There is a Problem. That ult prob averages like 1 kill per 3 dragons. It can be a good zoning tool, but it is one of the weakest ults in the game. Widow has a stronger ult imo. Enemy team can barely move for 15s. People already call hanzo a spam hero, do you really want people to be calling widow a spam hero that doesnt require skill? And yet she can play way too far away to dive and still one shot people. I still think atleast put her health back to to behonest thats all i truly care about the buffs i mentioned were just things i would want. There has to be a massive team diff to overcome that level of inefficiency.

Her close range SMG and proximity mine are not viable in big team fights and only exist for self-defense, and her sniper shines when Widowmaker takes up vantage points and keeps her distance. While high-skill players will be able to make Widowmaker work at medium range, doing so makes little sense when there are better characters for mid-range fights like fellow Damage hero Ashe. Being up close puts Widowmaker in danger too, especially with just health, so this nerf seems severe enough to make her a hero to avoid. Since his one-shot hook kills were removed - a frustrating mechanic that was also his entire identity - his pick rate has dropped drastically.

The widow bullet size buff really turned me off from this game. I was never much of a comp player in the first place, but I have at least 2 jade guns I want to get. No motivation to improve when they just dumb things down. Safe to say though this patch has majorly divided the playerbase-the mid season patch is going to be VERY interesting. I already got my mythic skin for Moira. So I just went back to vibing with Lucio.
