As for "report bot hotspots" feature, I don't think there is any such feature officially, although when Mods Tyran now has moved to a different job in OSRS and Trident Left Jagex last month were in charge of anti-cheating, they offered such on-demand services in irregular intervals for OSRS only. Seeing both Jmods have now vacated their old positions, I don't know if somebody else still offer such "report bot hotspots" services for OSRS. I also recall a while ago, Mod Light talked in an OSRS Jmod Livestream about "bot busting livestreams" but we haven't heard from them for like 2 months. Keep in mind that many of these addicts will lose b per day, the equivalent of k USD per day. This while they are trying to support alcohol, drug, gaming addictions or supporting family etc.
