This lunchbox-sized Orange Head has an array of tonal versatility built right in. Tiny Terror head puts out plenty power for small gigs. When driven hard there is a stunning amount of gain on tap. The Tiny Terror also adapts well to studio and rehearsal use, as you can drop the power down from 15 watts to 7 watts for lower-volume saturation. Already a favorite with guitarists in many genres, the Tiny Terror is a great addition to any guitar rig!

When Orange came along with the Orange Tiny Terror, guitarists rejoiced… and rightfully so. During the late nineties and into the new millennium. Touring guitarists and studio musicians were returning the glory of a low wattage amp. As manufacturers continued to push the watts higher and higher, guitarists followed suit blindly believing that more watts meant a better sound. The Tiny Terror amp head features an all-tube, Class A signal path two 12AX7 preamp tubes and two EL84 power amp tubes , with the output switchable between 7 and 15 watts. The Tiny Terror is even relevant with laptop-based software and sims, as you can use just the effects, then send the output to the Tiny Terror and a cabinet for subsequent amplification. The amp comes in a padded gig bag, with an external pocket for the line cord, and it just about begs to be carried into sessions. There are three output jacks, two labeled 8 ohms and one labeled 16 ohms. A ohm cab goes into the ohm, and an 8-ohm cab goes into the 8-ohm jack. However, you can also plug two ohm cabs into the two 8-ohm speaker jack. The Tiny Terror even does convincing clean sounds, as well as clean with a hint of crunch, but keep in mind these requires lower volume levels. Of course you can obtain this kind of sound with an effects pedal or with EQ on mixdown when recording.
