My office 365 godaddy sign in has been hosted on Godaddy for 12 years and I have my email accounts set up there as well. I never had an issue until Godaddy transitioned to Office lunapic Basically, outgoing email gets hung up in the OUTBOX frequently and usually when there is an attachment small or large file size - it doesn't matter.

Very long story, so will try to be as concise as possible. Client needed to switch email providers in December because old provider croaked. Signed her up for Go Daddy office email. After completing the setup process we were able to receive and send mail using web mail, but could not add the email account to ANY email app on any device. Problem was that during the account adding process, it redirected to the Microsoft login page rather than the GoDaddy SSO login page. And when trying to login through the Microsoft login page it said the account credentials were invalid. But months later we still have the same problem. They are useless. We even moved the domain name servers over to GoDaddy. Has anyone encountered this? GoDaddy is one of the worst providers I have ever come across for hosting anything. Their support is awful too. Beyond that depending on what services your have with O, you might also need SRV records.
