Octavia was born to the Goetic Prince Stolas and Stella. She was especially close to her father, who would use his grimoire to entertain Octavia with his astrological magic. At one point in her younger years, Octavia suffered a nightmare that she could not find her father, and Stolas was there to comfort her for it. Octavia's parents frequently took her to the Loo Loo Land amusement park, seemingly because it was the only time when the family was mildly happy together. During one of her childhood visits, Octavia attended the FizzaRolli 'n Friends show, but the clown animatronic, the Robotic Fizzarolli , deeply upset her with its appearance. The young Octavia found herself pushed by the crowd of children to the stage, where she came face to face with Robo Fizz flashing her a terrifying smile.

Octavia is the daughter of Stolas and shown to be very angsty and rude. Her relationship with her family is not entirely known but it appears to be filled with turmoil. Octavia is antaganistic and likes to call out whatever she deems to be shameful. Octavia is a slim demoness with dark feathers all over her body. She doesn't have hair but instead has a thicker area of feathers around her head similar to hair. She wears a black beanie with a white pattern on it. She wears a pink dress with white stars that cover it. She has on a pink choker that matches the dress. A black overcoat covers her shoulders and her tailfeathers. For shoes she is shown to wear long black boots that match with the beanie and coat. Not much is known about Octavia's personality.

Upon Stolas' arrival to rescue Octavia from Octavia hazbin hotel and Stella, her initial relief and joy turned to sheer horror as it became evident that he had fallen into Stella and Andrealphus' trap.
