I came to Love Beach during a search for as-yet-undiscovered beaches in Nassau, an island seemingly full of them. As an added bonus, gorgeous Love Beach was far less crowded than the beaches any of our new cruise friends visited during our port day in Nassau. The small complex at Nirvana is a frugal alternative to the resorts on the island that offer expensive day passes to cruise passengers. You could take a minute taxi ride, but a much cheaper option is to take a jitney, an independently-operated bus that you can hop on just a short walk from the port. Your journey will take about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how many stops the driver makes. Start to keep an eye out on your right for the large Nirvana Love Beach sign on an arched gateway.

With tourism increasing in India and worldwide, few areas remain where you will not see crowds. Though one might adore bustling, colourful, and crowded locations, there are times when you want to be alone, appreciating the serenity of a place where no one else is present. If you're looking for that location, Nirvana Beach on the Karnataka coastline is the place to go. Nirvana Beach is a golden sandy beach stretching as far as the eye can see. You will find a few residents on the beach, a few visitors, a few fishing boats moored sporadically, and local youngsters going about their daily lives. Nirvana beach is one of the popular beaches of Karnataka and has a unique offering for all tourists and wanderlusts. It is one of the rare beaches where you will see bioluminescent phytoplanktons illuminating the seashore at night. These small-LED like blue lights glowing near the shores are bound to take your breath away. If you want something more, you can enjoy the lazy days lying on the beach with your loved ones and enjoy the secluded spot away from the hustle. The gorgeous sunset over the horizon is a perfect way to end the day and welcome the gorgeous clear night.
