On Sept. Over the last year, while working at Steve Madden corporate, Megna spent all her free time planning to bring her dreams of owning a restaurant to fruition. With news of more in-person classes being offered in the Fall, the athletics community is just inches away from the official green light. He has done tremendous work stepping into such a big role and supervising the 15 sports offered on campus. He notably kept up with the chaos of shifting to a virtual world. But what it did eliminate was the enjoyment from watching students and staff engage in competition. But the behind the scenes of what makes athletics run, continues. Francis has been working with the athletics community towards various safety protocols for when we finally return to sports.

The location, a former wine bar that shuttered last year, has been completely transformed into a sophisticated space with warm lighting, wooden walls, and vintage furniture. We added vintage photos, vintage lamps and plenty of greenery. We have low lighting and beautiful pictures surrounded by the sound of soft jazz music to create the perfect environment for a fancy cocktail and some delicious food. The cuisine is upscale American, with a French twist, with handcrafted cocktails by professional mixologists. In addition to the regular dining, the Waterfront Club has also been getting plenty of inquiries for private events.
