In August , Officer Suliaman Kamara pleaded guilty in a scheme to defraud the federal government of money meant to house poor people. He was sentenced to three months' confinement. In January , Detective Ugo Bellomo was forced to resign after a court placed him in a program designed to divert offenders from a conviction. This was as a result of a road rage incident in November
