I've stepped away from my column for a week while I put the finishing touches on my new book. Please enjoy these "Best Of" columns in my absence. My wife and I have been married for about a year. As future In-Laws, my parents-in-laws seemed to hate me. They believed I was a bad influence on their daughter and tried really hard to break us up. Ultimately it didn't work and we were married.
