The A is by far our largest project to date. Rather than looking at the development msfs a330 the A as a single product, msfs a330, we have decided to take a platform approach, which means that we are committed to supporting, developing and extending the A for years to come.
One of the many liveries that will be included on release: the newly renamed Discover Airlines. On the edge of the dense fog enveloping the approach, the landing lights create a mysterious and captivating atmosphere. Airbus aircraft are known for their automated systems. We are currently working our way through the electrical system to make sure it works properly in all situations. Fixing one line of code significantly improved the performance when importing external flight plans. We are currently configuring the startup situation of the flight deck. Can you spot the "errors"?

The aircraft is powered by two Rolls-Royce Trent powerplants, producing kN of trust, and allowing the aircraft to cover a distance of 7, nautical miles in a standard configuration. LatinVFR has indicated themselves that the product is meant to appeal to both, established sim enthusiats and new comers to the platform, and that the product is trying to strike a balance between ease-of-use and incorporating real world functionalities. As a result, while not being on par to PMDG, or Fenix Simulations, the aircraft is a step-up from alternative freeware offerings, featuring custom created systems and functionalities including for example VNAV functionality, fuel dumping systems, and automatic fuel transfers based on aircraft center of gravity and fuel system logic. The developer has also poured significant effort into the exterior and interior of the aircraft, providing a detailed exterior model with 42 high-quality liveries covering most major airlines around the globe, as well as a complete three class-configuration interior cabin model. Discover More, Share and Give Feedback. Yannick Noesen. Yannick has always been an avid aviation enthusiast and he started out simming back in at the young age of 5 with FS Ever since he has continued pursuing flight simulation as a hobby with the eventual goal of also making aviation his career. Aircraft Lighting Pro. Be nice, kind and courteous.
Our testers can finally get back on track.
The first flight of about 5 hours is underway now. The benefit of the A family and the A is that the cockpits and avionics are similar so there is very little retraining needed moving from one to another. The connection and authorization of Navigraph in the EFB worked quickly. The aircraft flies very smooth even in rough weather. The interior cabin cameras are fewer than the other LVFR because much more detail is packed in.
A new freeware airliner has surfaced for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Freeware airplanes for MSFS have often been announced but left undelivered, but this one is coming straight to the spotlight, ready to install and enjoy in the simulator. This A is brought together from a few separate pieces. The project was initially started by Philippe Marion, but has since been completely reworked by Headwind, who implemented brand new external 3D modeling and animations, as well as MSFS effects such as engine heat and contrails and upgraded flight dynamics. Headwind then added some specific A features to the cockpit. The result of this is actually an impressive package. The model looks mostly great, although clearly some work on some textures needs to be done, particularly in the flexible! Landing gear and flaps are well animated and look realistic, and the airplane feels as heavy in its movements as it should.

The Aneo, an updated and more advanced version of the Aceo, is a new wide-body airliner for MSFS simmers that hopes to offer a midrange experience to long-haul pilots. Headwind A VNAV is also implemented. This A also comes with a highly detailed external and interior model complete with high-definition textures. The cabin model is another highlight, featuring business class, premium economy, and economy seats, along with galleys. In terms of liveries, there are plenty of options to choose from, with 42 paint schemes included in the package that reflect real-world operators of the aircraft. LatinVFR has committed to future free updates that will further enhance this addon, making it a dynamic and evolving product for the flight sim community. The community will certainly be paying attention to that as it has already been revealed that LatinVFR will not allow third-party mods such as those created by Horizons Simulations. Vasco Ferreira. Hoping to one day be on the left seat of a real airplane!

Flight October 20, , pm Headwind is aiming over time to make their A study level. The integration of checklists into our A addon is very important to us. We will now gradually eliminate these, which can be quite a time-consuming task. There are a lot of things that are really fun. On the other side, there is the project manager, who is ultimately measured by the numbers. An update on the A release schedule Fortunately, that's history. This will allow us to greatly expand the focus of the project — including multiple engine options. Issues and Testing So cool to see that in an aircraft. Ground Operations Improvements regarding ground operations include fixing the animation of the tiller for more realistic ground handling.
The Project Mega Pack team is back! With it, they bring a new version of their popular freeware Airbus A for Microsoft Flight Simulator! This was an aircraft that was initially launched in early , but ended up being discontinued after the team stopped collaborating due to a number of reasons the Headwind A has since become an excellent replacement!
Furthermore, we are still working on the soundscape and the usability of the cockpit. On the edge of the dense fog enveloping the approach, the landing lights create a mysterious and captivating atmosphere. We are aware that it is sometimes very frustrating for testers when things don't work properly and you can't complete the flight successfully as a result. FMS Testing As you can see from the previous screenshots, we have almost finished the 3D model. The integration of checklists into our A addon is very important to us. I get the X-Box market this was designed for. Of course, it must be taken into account that none of the figures reflect the complexity of the individual tasks. After all, there should be enough learning material available from day 1 to give everyone an understanding of this complex aircraft. The front wheel sliding issue has also been resolved, offering a more authentic taxiing experience.
In my opinion you are not right. Write to me in PM, we will communicate.
