There is meat, but there are also vegan options. We had a couple of rice paper rolls each, with tofu and with vegan lemon "chicken". Great value and great taste. They even Have tried various banh mi rolls around the hawthorn and Camberwell area and these are the best. Quite a few vegan options too. I always get the vegan chicken lemongrass which is packed full of flavour. Expect a little bit of a wait during lunch The line to order gives a taste of god things to come. Crusty rolls with generous toppings. The staff are fabulous, so friendly, despite the crowd. Bahn Mi's are made in front of you efficiently. Not impressed at all. In my opinion, chilli and coriander is Example, Eggs Benedict without Hollandaize sauce is just eggs on muffins.
