Alguien tuvo novedades respecto a que los datos introducidos no son correctos del estado del expediente? Habia pedido un visado de estudiante despues de entrar el pais con visado de turista. Despues de 5 meses, me dijeron «inadmitido a tramite». En la resolucion de papael recibida ponia que el curso no cumplo los requisitos para estudiar. Tras consultar con un abogado, parecia que si el curso cumplia todos los requisitos tiempo completo, escuela oficial etc etc pues hice mi primer recurso con todos los documentos extras de la escuela demostrando que todo era valido. Despues de leer su articulo tan bueno entiendo que para hacer el segundo recurso, tengo un plazo de 2 MESES. Pero si decido NO hacer otro recurso, y simplemente volver a mi pais, cuanto tiempo tengo para quedar legalmente en el pais? Estoy un poco confundido, porque el la primera resolucion de denegacion ponia que tenia 1 mes para hacer el primer recurso, pero 15 dias de salir del pais en el caso de no hacer un recurso.
