I contacted Movinghelp. Patrick H. UHaul downplays that you have to get your own truck and should do it at UHaul. He insisted on starting so we did. They told me UHaul won't let them use their own trucks or supplies and are told to have customers use UHaul trucks, boxes, etc. When I called the contact number, they said they were busy and hung up on me. The guys were running a little bit behind, but they let me know right away and it didn't hurt the move at all! Upon review of your account, it is our decision that your company does not fit our business model and is not a mutually beneficial business relationship. Don't hire this company! Had to find local help at home depot as we had to move that day.
