It aired on November 19, Four-year-old Orel , who is innocent and pure, knows little to nothing about the world and the people around him. He doesn't even know who God is. He has total and complete trust in everybody, and meets a young Doughy , Tommy , and no name friend. They quickly find his trust funny and trick him into hurting himself. Bloberta gets impregnated with Shapey by having an affair with Coach Stopframe. She then lies and says that the child is Clay 's, much to his surprise and sadness. Bloberta remarks that "two children are easier to neglect than one".

But its a shame that during this time Adult Swim didn't want something this dark or depressing but now they have Wham City and Too many Cooks type stuff on a daily basis. So in that way Orel was ahead of its time, its a depressing, cynical, and just all around fucked up deconstruction of religion. The episode featured the culmination of numerous story arcs developed throughout the first season and ended with a cliffhanger , confusing viewers and prompting questions on Adult Swim's message boards as to whether or not the episode was a one-off practical joke. I really wish this show had had a longer run, it does such a great job pointing out the absolute insanity that is modern organised religion, perhaps the greatest evil mankind has ever unleashed on the world.
