Passing through Post on a Saturday, we wanted to watch the UT football game - called Moose Knuckles and though they are near Lubbock Texas Tech they said, sure come on over - we'll give you the remote. So we did, and they did

Wedding realize it was a bar when we went but I will say even though that is not our scene the bartender and the patrons were exceptional! One patron even moved her and a group to a different table so that 4 of us could eat dinner after our sons football game!! May We really enjoyed this place! A group of us women on a motorcycle trip stopped in Post and decided to try. Great bar food, and the young lady that can do everything was awesome! Had to buy a tshirt!!

I had a Sleazy Cheesy cheeseburger that was a hand formed patty with lots of cheese and fresh veggies. We did reliquish the remote after halftime and headed to our hotel for the rest of the game.

Love finding this type of place. It's a small town family owned bar and restaurant. Above average food, great prices, outstanding service and cold drinks. The pleasant atmosphere felt welcoming as soon as we walked in. Neat layout and cool features. Best place we visited in past 2 visits to the area. As a bonus the Casey's convenience store in town has the cheapest gas we saw in miles. September Great little bar!

But what an enjoyable couple of hours among the locals - yep, I'd go back again and try some of the other great sounding if a bit ribald offerings on the menu.
