Upon Nebbercracker's unfortunate demise, the house itself seems to come to life, exhibiting malevolent behavior and terrorizing the neighborhood. The kids, along with a babysitter named Zee, discover that the house is possessed by the vengeful spirit of Nebbercracker's deceased wife, Constance.
