Adrasteia narrates a cutscene where she says that as the new Basilissa, it's her job to protect the human lands and maintain their alliance. However, there's a problem: the Zamorakians are now duking it out in the Wilderness. Ordinarily, this wouldn't be a problem, except that Moia has been killing Varrockian patrols near the Wilderness border. Moia is Bilrach's lieutenant, not a faction leader in her own right, but Adrasteia thinks that she's the biggest threat right now, so she wants the player to stop her. If asked, Adrasteia does have a little more information: the Zamorakians have split into two factions- K'ril Tsutsaroth and his demon army, versus Bilrach, his Daemonheim forces, and the other Mahjarrat.

If Mahjarrat-human hybrids become common practice, and new pureblood Mahjarrat stop being made in favor of this new practice, then the Mahjarrat race as it currently stands will be replaced by a weaker variation. I'm assuming that is what Azzanadra fears. He's almost as dedicated to Mahjarrat strength and purity as he is to Zaros. Zaros didn't give a strong opinion on the matter. I imagine he may find the concept intriguing, with his promises to cure the infertility of various races. But he has more important things to worry about and does not wish to anger his most loyal follower, so he keeps the subject neutral. Zamorak doesn't care who follows him so long as they are strong and stand on their own two feet. This is obvious.

Moia is the half- Mahjarrat , half- human daughter of Lucien and currently a general in the army of Zamorak. While she inherited some of the qualities a Mahjarrat possesses, she is incapable of using them as a fully fledged Mahjarrat can. For instance, her lifespan, while much longer than a human's, is not as long as a Mahjarrat's and she seems incapable of rejuvenation through conventional means , nor does Moia possess the power of telepathy or the Mahjarrat's innate "race awareness", which allows them to locate one of their kin under normal circumstances. Her human heritage however, makes her somewhat harder to track compared to a normal Mahjarrat. However, Moia is definitely not to be underestimated, for she is a master in combat, being able to teleport short distances to surprise her victims with powerful magical attacks. Additionally, she is quite skilled with a dagger. Her most dangerous technique is her ability to infiltrate someone's mind and steal their memories, leaving them with no clue of their own identity, while Moia gains all of what was once theirs. She served as a spy and assassin for her father for many years but was not treated well.
