Pat Riley of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 6, at the age of 89 years with his daughter Sheri by his side. It was during this time of service his hearing was impaired. He even tried his hand as a restaurateur. Pat lived in Red Deer for most of his life, where he primarily worked as an insurance agent with Fidelity Life for thirty years. While retired, Pat had time to enjoy tinkering with his tools around his home, researching his Irish roots and pursuing ballroom dance. Pat is the second child of six and is predeceased by his sister Delima and brothers Leonial Leo and Jerome Jerry. Also surviving are his brother Shannon Riley and sister Marleen Garnier. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive him. Pat struggled with dementia, but ultimately, cancer quickened his time on earth. We have peace knowing his final years were lived to the fullest. Pat is now in the presence of his Lord and Saviour - whom he invited into his heart late in life. Luncheon to follow.
