This stainless-steel litter box and enclosure feature high sides and an open end for easy access. It also reduces residue buildup. The stainless steel pan is nice, sturdy quality and has the rubber grippers on the bottom to help keep it in place. However, the plastic lid that comes with it to add height to the pan was cracked with a few broken pieces. I reached out to Chewy to ask for a replacement lid. They responded right away and said they would send me a new product once I was able to send back the broken one they also provided me the shipping label and FedEx instructions. While I appreciate the return label being provided, I wish they would just mail a replacement lid - the current one won't be reusable. My cat has already 'used' the stainless steel pan, so I don't want to return that heavy item plus, that item is ok and in good condition. But I think the shipping needs additional bubble wrap or cushion. The stainless steel pan is a little heavy and I have a feeling it cracked the lid during shipping. I use it for an adult indoor male and a female cat.
