MC Championship brings together ten teams of four players to compete in a series of mini-games that test the core Minecraft skills; parkour, survival, combat, teamwork and more. Since the downfall of Minecraft Monday, the MC Championship MCC has risen to become one of the premier competitions for the game, pitting top content creators and Minecraft players against each other. Each month, 40 creators join together in the Decision Dome to duel in eight mini-games and one finale Dodgebolt duel to decide who will claim victory in the tournament. When an MCC season is active, viewers get a new installment of the tournament every month. This includes regular versions of the event, which are considered canon, and special themed versions of the event, which are non-canon. The tournament started on November 17, , with its second season on May 29, , and its third season on March 18, In an event, ten teams of four players compete against each other, facing off in 8 different games, focusing on a variety of core skills in Minecraft, including combat, parkour, survival and teamwork. At the start of each game, players are teleported into the Decision Dome, where they vote for a game that they would like to play. Players would throw eggs into the Decision Dome dial to cast their vote. Power-ups are also given randomly to teams and to the team that was currently in last place to influence the dial as well. The first round of voting does not contain any power-ups. The fifth round of voting is based on the audience poll on Twitter. There are a variety of games in the event, focusing on each skills in Minecraft as well as teamwork in general.
