The World Matchplayalso known as the Betfred World Matchplay for sponsorship purposes, [1] is a professional darts tournament and one of three legs of the Triple Crown.

All matches had to be won by two clear legs, with a match being extended if necessary for a maximum of six extra legs before a tie-break leg is required.
