Gabby is a true wine enthusiast with roots deep in the vineyards of South Africa with its incredible hospitality and world-renowned wines, it was the ideal place for her journey to begin. After work or on weekends, the vineyards were easily accessible, creating a deep connection to the land and its wines. Next came Barcelona and one year ago Wine Fantasy Barcelona was born. Here Gabby offers private wine tours that are held in the vineyards with access to private cellars and food pairings as well as bespoke events. Barcelona is deservedly famous for its food and lifestyle, adjacent to that it has an ever-growing list of incredible wine bars, from the old-fashioned Bodegas to bars that serve only Natural wines.
