I'm very glad I researched extensively because to install the ManOWar on my bike, I had to remove the inner primary cover and upgrade the rotor cover to a newer design. I didn't need to use any shims on mine, but because the inner primary cover had to come off, I needed to buy the inner primary seal and bolt kit. This gave me the opportunity to replace shaft bearings and seals that otherwise would not have been touched. Because I did my research, I had all the necessary parts on hand when the compensator arrived and I did the swap on a Saturday afternoon.
