Bloodlord Mandokir served the evil god Hakkar the Soulflayer in Zul'Gurub along with the rest of his tribe. However, the worshippers of Hakkar were defeated, and Mandokir was tortured by the Bloodscalp tribe of trolls [3] and eventually died. It was thought that his evil had died with him Years later Ohgan'aka , the daughter of Ohgan, retrieved Mandokir's skull from a skull pile at Bal'lal Ruins. This find set off a series of events that led to his resurrection in the body of the Bloodscalp chieftain Gan'zulah , the one that had presided over the desecration of Mandokir's body. Mandokir returned with Ohgan'aka to Zul'Gurub, where he and the shade of Jin'do the Hexxer began preparing for the city's rebirth and their god's return. After the Zandalari pledge to aid Gurubashi reach their former greatness, the Gurubashi begin attacking Stranglethorn.

Just simply tank him the entire fight - keep pet on passive until you build enough aggro, then send them in. Comment by Allakhazam Had some trouble with LoS when our healers stood up behind the spears. Then, you must first separate the raptor and the Bloodlord. An error, i say! Comment by ironskillet has anyone tried soloing this boss to see if he would still use decapitate? I'm currently ilvl and only have to deal with one decapitate before I can kill him. I be deliverin' you to Hakkar myself! Cast half as many spells. Mandokir will always charge the pally, since the pally is not with the group once mandokir meanders about after the charge, the MT can walk over and pick him up then bring him back to the same tank spot. I don't have a 90 geared Ret Paladin or Prot Paladin, but as far as I've seen that it is still possible to do it. Classic Original After the boss has charge that person, which is always the one furtest away from him; everyone will have EQUAL aggro now.

Just press when he "watches" you. This charge reduces his aggro on the MT, so the situation we often had was that he'd charge, then make a beeline straight to a mage or a hunter and one-shot them. Try kiting or using def. Comment by Obsurd It's soloable as all classes. That being said; there is always a person who fails to do that but don't panic, if you proceed carefully, your main tank will still hold aggro and only one person gets charged with a short stun and about damage even for a cloth wearer. The Bloodlord is a much more difficult fight than the snake and bat aspects. Comment by Blue I'd been killing him almost weekly for months, finally gave up, and just noticed I already had the mount in my collection. Comment by LeepinLeemur This may be obvious to others but wasn't to me. Anyone who is standing far away will most surely be marked and or charged. Like other trinkets, the puppies despawn when you die.
