Lithosexual also called Akoisexual is a sexual orientation on the asexual spectrum. Someone who is lithosexual may experience sexual attraction but does not want it reciprocated. The lithosexual person may be uncomfortable at the thought of someone being sexually attracted to them, or they may lose their sexual feelings if they learn it's reciprocated. As such, lithosexuals do not feel compelled to seek out a sexual relationship. Like with any sexual orientation, lithosexuals can have any romantic orientation. Lithosexual can be a sexual orientation on its own or can combined with other orientations. For example, one could be lithosexual and gay, meaning that when one does experience sexual attraction it's only towards people of the same gender.

Lithosexuality is a sexual orientation referring to people who may experience sexual attraction but do not want these feelings reciprocated. A lithosexual person experiences sexual attraction to other people, regardless of gender, but do not want these feelings reciprocated because they are not comfortable with the idea of a sexual relationship, or because the idea of mutual attraction is unwanted to them. It is also possible that the sexual attraction fades as soon as they find out the other person is also sexually attracted to them. Lithosexuality is on the asexual spectrum and belongs to the lesbian and asexual communities. This means that a lithosexual person is also an asexual person. The definition of the Ancient Greek root "litho" is "stone" or "rock. Note that lithosexuality says nothing on someone's gendered preference; a lithosexual person may be attracted to the same gender, any other, or all genders; these categories are not mutually exclusive. Another important distinction to create is that one's lithosexuality - whether they experience sexual attraction - says nothing about someone's romantic preferences. For example, a lithosexual person may still experience reciprocated romantic attraction without having their romantic feelings fade. The romantic orientation counterpart to lithosexual is lithoromantic.
They just need to be able to enjoy it.

While part of me doesn't care what I label myself because I'm really not sharing it with anyone, the other part of me wants to find out exactly what's going on with me and find a term that can fit my identity the closest. Right now the best thing I an find is aposexual. It's also known as lithosexual i feel like this is more common or akoisexual sometimes mispelled "akio-". If anyone can tell me where that even came from that'd be nice. I've been trying to find more information on aposexuals and there's so little out there. Is there any research on asexuality or sexualities in general that has covered aposexuals? I really would like to find more information on aposexuals that isn't just someones blog post on tumblr. As much as I love tumblr, it's really hard for me to take anything I read too seriously becuase usually there aren't any sources to back up what the person is saying. Please, if you are aposexual or if you have any links to research papers or websites with more information let me know. It's Lith or Litho; the latter preferred by some people of other languages because it's easier for them to pronounce.

This page includes a broad range of queer identities. It is important to not use a term for someone else, unless you know they identify with it. See the section on Coming Out for more information on how to respond to someone who has come out to you. Only a sexuality Note that lithosexuality says nothing on someone's gendered preference; a lithosexual person may be attracted to the same gender, any other, or all genders; these categories are not mutually exclusive. The ones you have masturbated to multiple times, because you know it works for you, should be an indicator of lithosexuality. Don't have an account? Bob needs education on what rape is, because he has silly and misinformed ideas about the topic. I personally think it's a ridiculous label because if you truly don't want to have sex with someone and would be turned off even by the idea of it, then you're asexual, regardless of whether you're attracted enough to that person that you think about them when you wank or whatever. I see lithsexual as experiencing sexual attraction but not having the desire to act on it. Desire and enjoyment are not the same thing. Bob's fantasy has nothing to do with how he would behave in real life. A lithosexual person may find that they have a crush on someone. You are literally saying here that someone who enjoys sex can by definition not be asexual.

This would INCLUDE the willingness to engage in enjoyable sex which from the outside looks no different than any other person who is willing to engage in enjoyable partnered sex, attraction or no attraction. Not only that, Bob has zero interest in getting sexual pleasure by raping another person in real life, because he's asexual, and would rather get off on his own. If someone was actively trying to seek a relationship with a girl like I used to be, so they could have their perfect lithosexual fantasy come true with her, then they would be one sick muppet. I know you can do better. If the ace is loving the sex and orgasming from it then what you have is a perfectly normal situation where both people are wanting the sex as much as each other. Bob is a lithosexual. Don't have an account? Since these definitions only speak about one's sexuality, and since gender and sexuality are different categories, there are no specific pronouns for lithosexual or akoisexual people. And it also doesn't really align with the officially accepted definitions of lithosexual at all.
