Having always loved the food at Lims something went wrong last night. We enjoyed our starter but from then on things seemed to have changed in the kitchen. I particularly love the crispy skinned chicken in spicy sauce Lims usually serve this chicken just roasted with sauce very disappointing. The 5 spice does not go with this beautiful sauce. My husband and grandchildren had enjoyed the salt and pepper squid on a previous visit that my husband said I would be converted but the squid was very greasy and like chewing on lumps of elastic, again this dish was awful.
