This lovely airy eatery is on the water side of the Marina shopping Centre, with plenty of undercover parking below. Diners can choose alfresco or indoor options and order at the counter. Of course we start with a flat white, which is simply superb. Probably the best coffee we can remember. There are plenty of other drinks options including flavoured lattes on the menu and a display of cakes at the counter. The menu is largely brunchy, with some really delicious-looking combinations. Chef Ryan Qui is known for his innovative dishes and has also created a seasonal special menu to celebrate all things truffle! You really must try his creations. Our first dish was the Salmon Wellington — a tasty hot salmon pastry parcel served with charred lemon and crispy kale on top. It was really a beautiful dish and certainly delicious. We loved that crunchy kale.
