After defeating the Bloodhound Knight boss who shouldn't be too much of a challenge , head out the door to find Latenna, kneeling beside her injured wolf Lobo outside the Slumbering Wolf Shack. Talk to her, and show her the medallion Albus gave you to gain her trust.
