So I know the pregnancy mod is activated, because the pregnancy symbol comes up in game and also there are the options in the settings and the chargen as well - all good. Although the characters get the pregnancy icon, nothing else seems to happen, no swelling up - unless I do it manually - and no disappearing off, in fact no other reaction at all. Even characters who I have inserted into the game who were already pregnant, and a fair way along, are still in the game and are still no bigger.
