This company responds to reviews on average within 2 days. I had a great experience buying tickets to Jamaica recently. I was very afraid to be honest based on the reviews I read, but I took the chance because it seemed like it was mostly over seas and with cancellations. It was great. Our review is just like all the rest. But as the weeks turned to months, we were met with increasing silence. They kept telling us they were waiting to hear back from the airline--for five months! When we asked to be connected with whomever it was they were supposedly speaking with at the airline, we got no response. Just now I called their customer service number and was hung up on when I asked to speak with a supervisor. I'm hoping they will see this and give us our refund. If not, I'll have to keep posting reviews like this to warn others. I commend them for this. However, after how long this refund took and the fact I had to post publicly to get it , I am not changing my rating. No lo recomiendo.
