Five phone calls in the past week and three voice messages and no one from the service team answers or returns a call. Also tried twice with one voice message two weeks before Christmas. Yesterday morning I explained this situation to the operator who answers the phone before transferring to the service team who said my details would be given to service manager for a return phone call within a few hours. And still nothing a day and a half later. I just wanted to book my car for a service, nothing hectic or difficult.
