The Council is refusing to disclose any of kellys kennels correspondence and I am concerned that such a broad brush approach is inappropriate.

Its unlikely the parents have a nice life or they care about the long term health or welfare of pups they're producing as that's your problem. In addition to this they have been caught buying in pups from dealers in Ireland. I once asked on their FB page how many breeding bitches they had, and if it was possible to meet a pup's mum - I was immediately deleted and blocked. Ask her to look up how many dogs this 'breeder' is licenced to keep. Then ask if this is the kind of environment she wants to buy a pup from. I have a beagle and I'm a member of a beagle group on Facebook - a few members got their "beagles" from Kelly.

Are they permitted to sell puppies on the Croft site bred elsewhere?
