I need to get one tomorrow to get the truck back on the road and wondering if I should get another Kats or go for the Zerostart this time? I had a minor leak in what could have been the original this winter so I replaced it with a new Kats one that didn't have any leak issues till yesterday when it developed a major leak.

Overall I'm happy and it was definitly worth the 40 bucks from napa auto, kats block heater. I wonder if maybe the cast one has a little recess to hold the bolt seal in place so the torque window isn't so narrow?

It was pretty easy to install However there is a bracket that interfered with the unit do I shaved a little flat spot on it to get it to slide in. They provide heat to the cabin much faster. We put a zerostart in, no more problems.
