The business, run by Roberto Williams, a former contract linguist for the FBI, and Zaida Soler-Williams, who works in TV production, out of their home in the East Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, is a magical place where songs are performed under blue light, Batman and Robin mannequins greet you in the kitchen, and a pet cat named Jedi wanders up to you mid-performance.
