When a car seat is on the stroller, a second child can only comfortably ride if they're standing up. A: I don't have the rear seat but I'm not sure how well that would work. My older son couldn't comfortably use the regular rear seat with the infant carrier hooked on because the front seat had to be reclined so far back to do so. He could still stand in the back but he would have to have bent forward at an awkward angle to sit, if that makes sense.
