An El Paso woman faces an intoxication manslaughter charge in connection with a four-vehicle collision that killed a grandfather over the July Fourth holiday weekend. Jessica Sonya Guerra, 38, is accused of starting a deadly chain-reaction collision on July 3 in the block of Montana Avenue near Rich Beem Boulevard. El Paso County sheriff's deputies arrested Guerra on charges of intoxication manslaughter, three counts of accident involving injury and a warrant on a bond revocation on a pending DWI case.
