I had an outdoor photo shoot that came with one free digital image. I was not given an option to select the 1 image on line. The only options were to purchase a package. I spoke with 2 different customer service representatives and neither were helpful and gave 2 different answers. Spoke directly with the store I did the shoot with and they said they didnt handle on line orders and theyd mention it to the higher ups. I never heard back and when I called back they said they had not heard anything from management yet. I was cancelled the day before my booking due to staff shortages. Fine I understand. They said to call back to reschedule and I tried to twice and both times Chris refused to do so. He was laughing and talking with someone else half the time I didnt even know if he was talking to me.
