I wanted this boat as soon as i saw it, ticked all the boxes for me, had it checked over - lets just say it has some serious "structural issues" trailer requires electric brakes also but i didnt care about that i was still gonna buy it After the dealer got my mechanics report he gave boat back to owner and now owner has it for sale with a different dealer. When anchor locked into position front deck lifted and the split bow rails bowed in towards each other!!! When he trimmed the motor down he couldnt understand why the leg didnt tuck in under the transom slightly like it is supposed to - then he realised a transom angle handnt been built into the pod holding the motor so motor going along in trimmed up position said he had never seen that in 20 years of inspecting boats.

Epoxy and fiberglass are no longer just for boats! He created some samples of fiberglass and carbon fiber first to decide on the color. His top choices ended up being black carbon fiber, orange dyed carbon fiber and silver dyed fiberglass. He wets out each of the sets with layers of cloth and epoxy, and once cured, cuts them to the shape of his lawn mower rims. He attaches the spinning rims to the hardware using our Thixo Pro Thickened Epoxy. After cured, sprays each rim with Halcyon Marine Varnish for the ultimate durability and UV protection before attaching it to the lawn mower tires.
