So , after checking my PC settings, I went through forum posts and found out that Jabra Evolve 75 headset has a design flaw or is it a planned obsolescence. The wire that connects the microphone to the PCB goes through the PCB, and when you move the microphone up and down, the wire rubs against the PCB and gets damaged over time due to friction. Replacing the wire and slightly altering the design fixed my problem.
