JoJo's Bizzare Adventure might be one of the longest-running, weirdest, and most entertaining anime properties of all i forgot araki, but it sure isn't one of the most coherent examples of the medium. Author Hirohiko Araki is eccentric enough to say the least with quite the unique way of telling stories.

The problem is that doing this encourages readers to seek out flaws where they may not exist, and to ignore any possible explanation for why they may not be flaws at all. I think Araki sort of invites this sort of criticism with the way he introduces new characters. Annasui first appearing as a woman is a perfect example.
