In order to reserve a visit, you need to download the HYBE Insight application first in your mobile phone. Then, to log-in in the app, a Weverse account is needed. Reservation is quite easy as the application is very user-friendly and there are language options to choose from: Korean, English and Chinese. Please note that the museum is closed on Mondays. Choose your preferred date of visit from the calendar icon in the app, choose the time and proceed to payment. You might wonder what is the difference between the two. Well, you can actually have your ticket printed as a plastic card with the photo of any HYBE artist that you like.
