I hate to clean, so anytime I can find a tool that makes it easier and more convenient, I'm all for it. Just the very idea of not having to drag a cord around got me so excited to try them. And boy, was it lightweight! Oh, but it WAS powerful. This vacuum has such incredible suction that it pulled so much dirt out of the rug in my foyer that I was actually a little embarrassed. It did a great job of grabbing the hair that my dog Charlie so carelessly leaves all around the house. And with that huge dirt cup, the Evolve eliminates the need for repeated trips to the trash can to dump the collected dust. With settings for carpet, solid floors, or multi-surface, I was able to vacuum all the floors in the house with just one tool. And the antimicrobial brush roll and pet filter help prevent the growth of odor-causing bacteria, which is great for the multiple pets in our house. And it handles like a dream, too, darting and turning around furniture with the agility of an IKEA cart.
