This past weekend a fellow rider let me drive one of his Honda Talon X 's over miles in the mountains of WV. As I could not take my XP1K because it's shocks were sent out for a rebuild. Yes, he was kind enough to let me put that kind of miles on one in that rugged terrain! I wanted to do a little review of my experience of riding one. I will try to keep this as fair and unbiased as possible as I'll try not to be one of those who thinks whatever I own is the best and the greatest. First off, the Talon X, has its good points and bad points, like any other SxS on the market. Creature comforts: The cab is a little bigger and somewhat roomy for a 64" ride. The seats are fairly comfortable. The riding position is very different as you feel like you are hanging over the steering wheel but you get use to it over time.

One is a Sport Machine, the other more of a Recreation machine with an edge to utility. It is definitely a different kind of SxS compared to its competitors. You are using an out of date browser.
