Let me explain my use-case, since i think my use-case is generalizable. Devices like my tv, my av receiver, and my logitech harmony hub. The reason is that while the integration is running I am unable to access the associated hardware to configure it. How do I go about that? Quite a hassle.
I believe this would be a more valid request: detailed control of log messages.
As part of a wider effort to reduce standby power usage, I have a number of devices with configured integrations which are only powered up when needed. Normally this is achieved through HA controlled smart switches. Depending on reconnection polling, these devices might be unreliably available when I want to use them with HA. If there was such a service call then I could use automations to enable them when they power up, and disable them again when they power down. But, having all of my oauth callback URLs overridden is a huge hassle and while I get that it makes it easier for some users, it should be possible to opt out. I see many change Requests to have an exclude option but could not find anything in the documentation that this was solved.
It should be uppercase. The downside here is that I have quite a few integrations and services that depend on the availability of the NAS. The feature request should imho be judged on its inner value, not on its presence in Spook. It annoys me for long time. Excuse for that I interfere At me a similar situation. It is possible to discuss.
It is a pity, that now I can not express - there is no free time. I will be released - I will necessarily express the opinion.
