The Hip Hop Chicken Shop is inspired by the urban music scene and features dishes named after famous rappers and rnb artists. It is run by Nico Stefani and his wife and childhood sweetheart, Becky. The duo also operate Stefani's Pizzeria, next door on Cedar Square. The venue is the first of its kind in the seaside resort and Nico has spent six months getting it ready to open.
