There are no Arabic people in this game, the man is Ofieri and how exactly does he rip you off? No one forces you to keep paying the Runewight. The side quests are pretty similar to those of the main game, track down and find someone using your witcher senses, find an item, ect. LOL yup that one and a few other smaller side quests. The sidequests are fun.
