This is admittedly a minor gripe compared to all of the weightier issues being discussed here of late, but can't a service department get the actual "vehicle servicing" part right? The vehicle wash at the end is also just fine I brought my car there several months ago for a brake flush and a few other things. I get the car back with loose air cleaner clips and a missing fasteners. The replaced the missing parts for free, but had to order them. I told them that her power steering fluid was low and needed topping off before servicing. Oil was changed, nothing else apparently done.

I am looking for a new car to either lease or finance and i really like the new Honda civic's. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience dealing with the salesmen of Hackettstown Honda and maybe if anyone recommends someone who helped them out with their car buying experience. We looked and were intrested in leasing an suv from them.. Ended up leasing a Chevy Autosport Chevy was awesome to deal with! Nice people and I love the service department. So far they have not been pushy. Just don't take the first offer they offer. Bargain with them on the price. I had a lot of issues with Hackettstown Honda. Bought used, traded in a car. We purchased three vehicles and recommended Hackettstown Honda to many people.
Never had any issue at any of them to test drive the car and ask a few questions and leave.

Ya' know, I paid for a "brake flush" from them a few months ago when they lost the clips to my air cleaner and now I wonder if I really got one. Good luck to Ronnie. I will form my own opinions. I'm thinking the latter. I was going to visit my sister in Cranford and decided to stop in at Rt. I am guessing that the call I received in the last couple of days was to identify any issues that occurred under the previous GM. While working tirelessly to provide this and by offering them one of the best products in the industry we believe we will achieve those objectives. There are also liability factors. Are they planning to send some guy over to Walmart to pick some up?? Again, good luck John, hopefully the owners support you and you can put customer satisfaction at the top of the list. Was the car prepped good and no issues?
When I came to the dealership, the first person I spoke to was my salesman, Ignacio Mercado. He was very polite and friendly and I enjoyed working with him throughout the whole process of me getting my new Honda!
Ronny, Good job buttering up all these momo's to get them back in to the dealership so you vultures can try to sell cars. I am getting close to that. H-town Honda would need a consistent track record and history to bump that. This includes running the VIN for recalls, prior services, and document any problems or customer concerns. There are clearly great techs at both dealers as well as private shops. I was told the manager would call me back, which of course he never did. Didn't ask, but just telling Honda your decision was wrong and your timing certainly was off I had it happen in my car when i had memory stick plugged into the usb port and someone was sitting in the passenger seat. A bit over k miles. I had to wait aprox. If it is a straight oil change it will most likely be assigned to the express team faster-to-set-lifts and bays set up for oil changes. Great gas mileage manual tranny, which I also love and deceptively large interior for hauling people and cargo. I believe that you will convince many to come back. They have much more leeway than the dealership. Damage to the car is on a per vehicle basis, and liability is per person, ie you.
