The trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI was planned to be released tomorrow, on December 5, but a random Twitter account seems to have leaked it early. According to the trailer, the game is planned to launch in Update: Rockstar has now confirmed the leak via Twitter and released the trailer. Check out our rundown here. As you're surely aware unless you're living under a rock, last Sunday, September 18, early development footage of GTA 6 was leaked due to a hack suffered by Rockstar Games. The leak was comprised of over 90 videos, for approximately one hour of gameplay, showing testing footage of the game in the alpha stage of development. Rockstar responded with take-down notices and stated that the breach should not have any long-term effect on the development of the game. As part of the leaks, we have come to find out that Grand Theft Auto VI will indeed be taking place in Vice City , with two main protagonists - a male and for the first time in the series a female, along with tons of interesting details about gameplay elements and features. Well, one of the biggest video game leaks in history happened over the weekend. I did all the digging for you and found some interesting details about the next Grand Theft Auto game. Oh and be warned: At the very end there are some things that you might not want to know about. Based on details spotted in the various leaked videos , it appears players will be able to explore large city centers, smaller, rural areas, and even some swamps. Earlier reports described these two as having a Bonnie and Clyde-like relationship. This is backed up by the mention of Bonnie and Clyde in some debug menus seen in the leaked clips. However, how that will work in the actual game remains to be seen. Both characters appear highly detailed, even in this unfinished footage.
