The center pieces of this puzzle 4 center pieces for each face of the puzzle all have the same height and width, they only differ by depth, so matching them means there are no "bumps" - all 4 have the same depth. Each edge piece of this puzzle appears twice, and they should be matched together. Invented in , the Master Pyraminx is the 4x4x4 version of the Pyraminx puzzle. Much like the Rubik's Revenge is the 4x4x4 version of the original Rubik's Cube. Each face of the Master Pyraminx consists of 16 triangles compared to 9 in the Pyraminx making it a harder puzzle to solve. While the original Pyraminx has only about 75 million possible combinations, the Master Pyraminx has about quadrilion of them - a number that is much closer to the Rubik's Cube's 43 quintillion possible combinations. The solution to this puzzle relies heavily on the original Pyraminx solution and has some parity cases. Since this puzzle is not an official WCA puzzle, there is no official record for fastest solve. However the unofficial record belongs to Fedor Abaev from Russia and is Master Pyraminx 4x4x4. Drag to play! I would definitely recommend grubiks 4x4. But in reality, a "true cross cube" is a puzzle but with an extra layer put on every axis of the puzzle. Help us spread the word!

The Rubik's Revenge is the 4x4 version of the Rubik's Cube. This twisty puzzle can be used as a 2x2x2 , not turning the outer layers or can be used as a 3x3x3 if we rotate only the outer layers. There are about 7. It has 24 edges, 24 centers and 8 corner fields. It has similar core mechanism as a Rubik's Cube but in this case the 4 center pieces are held together by a hidden center. To take it apart pop out a center piece with a screwdriver. Reassembling can be hard unless you have four spare hands.
