In case you were wondering, grrl power, one attocentury is 3. Not that attocentury is a real term, though how crazy would it have been if it was exactly pi nanoseconds?
The following comic desperately wants to be porn without actually being porn. Contains more fanservice and fetish fuel than any actual sex, usually patterned off of bad harem comedy anime. View with caution. The art is passable to a degree, although it looks like 5 people with varying levels of skill and different drawing styles were assigned to draw this and they weren't allowed to communicate with each other. I'll let you know when they get to something that can pass on its own as a storyline. So far it's mostly being told that things exist and Seinfeld with superpowers. All of the characters are obnoxious, perverted, undeveloped, stupid, or vessels to deliver one-liners.
Grrl power
My current favourite webcomic and the only one that I keep up with that has anything to do with spice, Grrl Power is, at its heart, a slice of life comedy about superheros. Or superheroines, if you prefer, since its name comes from the majority of its cast being female. Many of these heroines are genetic mutants, in a vaguely X-Men-esque manner, but the main character, Sydney, is nothing more than an average human. A job that demonstrates her character as a massive nerd and, in doing so, sets the tone for the rest of the series. All you need is to be willing to laugh at a more realistic and more human take on the superhero genre. I gave it a. It does, however, contain both sexual humour and run on swears as part of its comedy, as well as the violence and small amounts of blood you might expect from a superhero fight. She takes it well past my limits and simply cannot get food hot enough. The reactions of those around her, the crazy precautions they take in the preparation of her meals and even the moment of panic when she misses her mouth are all comedy gold. Search Search for:. A comic about super heroines. Doing the things that super powered girls do. Fighting crime, saving the world, dating, shopping, etc. To me, the most memorable moments in comics and shows are the scenes with amusing character interaction, you know the issue the X-men spend playing baseball, or the moments where you see the ice queen warming up to the underdog nerd character, or the scene that establishes that two tertiary characters have a buddy cop thing going. If Wolverine fights Sabertooth for the 47th time, who really cares? I wanted a comic that focuses mostly on those interstitial scenes I enjoy so much. Poster Image for Grrl Power.
This may or may not work out as I have not traditionally been the most productive guy in the world, hopefully that will change once I get rolling on this thing. Just a bit of a warning, the various forum posts do contain spoilers talking about things that will be revealed later. Granted the one at or twards the bottom of the coments page is relatively minor…. I like the back drop humor and Halo particularly. I think if you want this to last it will.
